Over Techmongers
Running a code academy for almost a decade showed us that people can learn many new skills in little time. Because they were doing that with us, we've learnt to set over 1,000 people up for successful careers in tech. Now, we're cranking it up a notch. Because not everyone needs to be a developer. We need cybersecurity professionals as well! And cloud engineers, data scientists, software testers, etc., and etc!
What We Do
- Up-Skilling
Techmongers offer online and offline learning resources that companies actually use. All our learning materials are provided in the same format and we keep up with current trends and topics in the tech world.
- Re-Skilling
We help with updating the companies' knowledge or transforming to new skills, different technologies and stacks with our re-skilling programs. We offer fulltime intensive or part-time variants.
- Traineeships
With our Traineeship program, the companies hire new talent on culture fit while we provide these trainees with the skills they actually need for the job. Our traineeships help minimise onboarding costs and maximise retention because juniors know what they sign up for.
Trainees are placed in companies for positions such as Junior Front & Backend developers or in Cybersecurity-related roles.
Doelgroep
Traineeships are open to all, whether you currently have a degree or not. Your current IT skills will be matched with our hiring partner for a suitable job opportunity. And if needed, we will up-skill you in one of our courses!

Programs and courses are offered in English. Native Dutch speakers are welcome as many of our hiring partners look for Dutch speakers!

Trainees will receive an opportunity to work in IT sector by being matched with our hiring partners.
The trainees will then continue to learn cutting-edge and in-demand technologies, tools, and approaches that development teams around the world are looking to implement but sometimes might just lack the experience or capacity for.
As new developers on the team, they will bring this knowledge and skills to the table.
